Happy Tuesday! You guys, I tried my first Micr๐จ ๐Dose yesterday
My desire is to use this to help unravel and heal past traumas and beliefs, and replace this with true alignment and acceptance
I am working on healing my nervous system and brain pathways from decades of anxiety and panic disorder experiences
So, it took me over a year and lots of discussion before I could be ok with giving it a chance
I was soooo scared! ๐ณ
But, I had a super blissful experience. Super calm. Deep thinking. And Iโm ready to keep digging around for more insights to โmeโ, my inner being ๐งโโ๏ธ
*I took like the smallest dose possible bc I am really sensitive to all things and extremely in tune with how I feel, and that worked for me!
