

✨By nature, I’m a morning bird✨
It always surprises me how some people can just lie in bed for hours without waking up🤨 I’m the opposite - the moment I open my eyes, I get up, make my bed, take a shower, drink some water, tidy up the apartment, then fruits or a sandwich for breakfast - and the day kicks off with energy💪💪
At night, I have my little ritual too: finish up all my tasks, shower again, and if I’m not too tired - I wear myself out with one light but very effective method…(you know exactly what I mean😉)
Then I sleep like Sleeping Beauty👸
