I was grabbing coffee at this tiny spot I’d never been to, just after yoga, still a bit sleepy. I ordered, turned around… and the barista handed me a little note with my cup. It said: “Your energy is beautiful. Never hide it.”

And I just stood there like… wait, what? Me?
I don’t know who wrote it — maybe someone who saw me often, maybe a total stranger. But it was such a soft reminder that you never know who’s watching, who’s being touched by just your presence.
