Talking about how filming yourself can lead to a lot of feedback/self improvement. Finding a balance between wanting to improve but also kindness and self acceptance, and that it's ok to make mistakes sometimes. It also certainly brings me a sense of pride when I look at how I've made progress over the years. Imo my content looks better than ever, quality and lighting wise. Technology upgrades help too!
