

Goooood morning guys!🥰 I’ve started training to run & I’m using Couch to 5K, has anyone tried this or has any advice on how to start running without getting out of breath in literally 30 seconds? 🥴😂🏃🏼♀️ I’m super motivated & I want to try and be able to run 5K at a good pace by the end of the year!! 🙊
