My only form of exercise :) This is a little pole compilation I made for a subscriber who bought me some useful learning material :) and he was happy for me to share it with everyone! By the way, I don't pole "dance", I don't do what you may see in a strip club. I mainly just train my muscles, grip and technique so that I can hold cool poses :D As you can see, I am very rusty! But I thought I would post it anyway :) maybe we will see an improvement in months to come. #fyp
