

Up at 5 A.M. 💋 Knocking out farm chores 🚜 Then to the gym for upper push and pull day 💪 Heavy incline presses and rows... Then auxiliary lifts 🖤 Followed by another 40 minutes of running at steady state zone 2 training run 🏃♀️ Then back to the farm for some computer work, editing, and sending out some custom videos 📹 Smile today, after all, ....it's Tiddy Tuesday 🍈🍈 😉
