I started doing pole 3.5 years ago (at 31 years old) with zero gymnastics or dance background This picture is the same move but 3 years apart. The picture on the left is when I first started pole, I had zero flexibility but I have worked daily on this to improve myself. I’m not the best (nowhere close) and there is always plenty of room for improvement. But I am on my own little journey and simply competing with myself. I honestly do believe it’s never ever too late to start something new. Whether that be a new sport, skill, language, career etc . Don’t ever let anything hold you back in life 💖💖💖
