


I didn't sleep well last night due to an argument I had with the guy I'm seeing, so I woke up today and got my journal out. I asked myself, "what can I do today to make myself feel good?" My list included 4 things: ~ acupuncture mat (I'm laying on it in these pictures. Despite my calm and collected face, I was in agony! Hundreds of plastic nails going into my back hahaha. It helps relieve stress and I've noticed it improves my sleep so I'm trying to do it regularly) ~ see a loved one (it's my Gran's birthday so I went shopping, bought her some yum goodies and visited her. Luckily for me there were other family members also visiting at the same time. It was lovely to reconnect and have cuddles. It cheered me up) ~ pamper shower (I did a face mask and practised some deep breathing while I let the water wash over me) ~ eat lots of colours (aka veggies. Still yet to do. I've ordered takeout and wine. Maybe I'll eat some fruit pastilles and hope that counts...) I hope everyone is feeling alright today. Something is in the air and people seem a little grumpy. It is Hump day I guess. Maybe I'll take some pics of my arse to cheer anyone up who needs it... 🍑
