Not only does she hype me up as a friend by supporting me with my ventures and mania (and regular bad decisions), but she also mentors and inspires me constantly as a colleague. I didn't have a strong friendship group growing up and the female friends I did have felt like my competition; a threat. A lot of my friendships felt tarnished with jealousy and toxicity and I never felt inspired to pursue my passions. Tuesday shows me how wonderful and fulfilling a friendship between two women can be and I'm honoured she has invested time and energy into my growth as a worker and as a woman.
