Yummy Friday to you all! I have great plans for this weekend! What about you? I already started my weekend off with some wonderful interactions with friends. Two yoga classes, one from a teacher I have not taken class from and another from a new studio and teacher. Both had me drop into a state of really feeling into my body and getting real with myself! How has the practice impacted you lately?! Love you all so much! Thank you for your support!! Also I have this new silent video! I’d love for you to check it out and tell me what you think. Do you like feet? I love my feet and I love taking care of them. I get daily feet massages and rub oil on them frequently. I also have a daily practice of gratitude for my feet and bring awareness to them through my asana practice. My favorite is toe stretch…so yummy! Which photo is your fave? Wanna see more?
